What Data OFiDCrypt Collects

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit an inquiry through OFiDCrypt’s contact channels, your name and email address are collected so the team can respond to you. This data is used solely to answer your question or fulfil your request and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Kinnected! Early Access Sign-Up

Joining the Kinnected! Wallet Early Access Beta via Google Play requires you to provide your email address. This email is used to notify you of your access status, send onboarding materials, and communicate product updates relevant to the beta program.

Wallet Redemption Data

When you redeem digital gifts or tokens through the OFiDCrypt platform (including K-Links), the platform may record your Solana wallet address and redemption event to verify delivery and prevent duplicate claims. No additional identifying information is required.

Newsletter & Community Updates

If you opt in to OFiDCrypt newsletter communications or community announcements, your email address is stored for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting me@ofidcrypt.com.

Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your message. OFiDCrypt does not sell, rent, or trade your contact details to third parties.

Operating the Kinnected! Beta

Email addresses collected during Early Access sign-up are used to manage beta access, communicate app updates, and gather feedback to improve Kinnected! before its full launch.

Facilitating Token Redemptions

Wallet addresses and redemption records are retained to confirm delivery of digital gifts and tokens and to resolve any disputes about receipt.

Sending Opted-In Communications

If you have subscribed to updates, OFiDCrypt uses your email address to send news about new white papers, token developments, Giddy’s Shop, and platform milestones. Every communication includes an unsubscribe path.

Data Storage & Security

OFiDCrypt takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. As a Canadian company operating on the Solana blockchain, data related to token activity is inherently recorded on a public, immutable ledger — wallet addresses and transaction details on-chain are publicly visible by the nature of the blockchain.
Blockchain transactions — including token redemptions and wallet-to-wallet transfers — are permanently recorded on the Solana public ledger. OFiDCrypt does not control or delete on-chain data. Off-chain personal data (email, contact form submissions) is stored securely by OFiDCrypt and subject to the rights described above.
